Warranty Coverage

Paradox Customs offers a limited 1-year warranty for all new PCs, covering the following aspects:
Ready to Ship PCs are only covered for 3 months after purchase.
 

• Defective Hardware Components: Parts or components that prove to be faulty due to poor manufacturing.
• Repair Labor Costs: Repairs or replacements made by our authorized technicians during the warranty period.
• Technical Support: For troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• WATER DAMAGE, DAMAGES CAUSED BY ABUSE, ACCIDENT, OR AFTERMARKET MODIFICATIONS
• Conditions resulting from overclocking, custom Firmware, or unauthorized repairs.
• Software issues such as viruses, system crashes, or corrupted operating systems.
• Normal Wear and tear.

Warranty Activation

Warranty is automatically applied on the date a PC is shipped. Please be prepared to provide your Order #(number) and Proof of Purchase in order to verify your coverage or submit a claim.

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Contact Support: Email us at support@brparadox.com.
2. Diagnostics: We will diagnose the problem and instruct you on how to troubleshoot.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization: If needed, we will issue an RMA and additional details regarding the return of the defective product.
4. Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace, at our option, the defective item upon receipt within 14 business days.

Extended Warranty Options

For added peace of mind, we provide extended warranty options valid for up to 3 years. Please contact our sales team for pricing and details.
